The Celina Office of Emergency Management will continue to stay in constant contact with the Collin County Health Department, Denton County Public Health, the Texas Department of State Health Services, as well as the CDC in order to monitor the daily local and regional impact of the virus, and will immediately share new information with its residents. 

Please self-report to the Office of Emergency Management if you have a presumptive positive case by emailing eeverson@celina-tx.gov

There is a City of Celina COVID-19 Hotline available at 972-382-2682 or email at coronavirus@celina-tx.gov. 

The hotline is staffed Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and  Friday 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Voicemails left after hours will be responded to the next day.
