   1.  You entered a "no contest" or "guilty" plea and a Judgment has been entered by the Court.

   2.  This request is being made 30 days AFTER the Judgment date.

   ANY/ALL PAYMENT PLAN REQUESTS RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE JUDGMENT DATE WILL BE "DENIED" AND MUST BE "RESUBMITTED" FOR CONSIDERATION.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
