Films & Activities Announced for 2022 Movie Night on the Square Series

The City of Celina announced the schedule for its Movie Night on the Square series sponsored by Mario Sinacola & Sons Excavating, Inc. that will feature three family-friendly movies at the historic Downtown Square. Movie Night on the Square is free to the public and popcorn will be provided by Cody Paxman State Farm.

Below is the schedule of each movie along with themed-activites for kids of all ages.
 
April 16 – Encanto (7:00 – 10:00 PM)
• Kids Zone activities, including bounce houses and face painters
• Meet and play game with characters Mirabel & Isabela before the movie
• Food & Beverage vendors
 
June 11 – Sing 2 (6:30 – 9:30 PM)
• Kids Zone activities, including bounce houses and face painters
• Karaoke before movie with DJ Loud & Clear
• Food & Beverage vendors
 
August 13 – Luca (7:00 – 10:00 PM)
• Kids Zone activities, including foam pit and face painters
• Bubble Bus
• Food & Beverage vendors
 
The City of Celina is known for its signature outdoor events, including Cajun Fest, Splash & Blast, Beware! Of the Square, and Christmas on the Square. In addition, the City hosts Friday Night Markets once a month along with three Music on the Square events on the historic Downtown Square this year.
