Any information that leaves the police department, must go through a public information request process. The Celina Police Department complies with all State Law and Regulations regarding public information. Not all information is releasable under the Freedom of Information Act or Texas Open Records Act. If the information you are requesting is an exception under section 552 of the Government code, it may not be releasable.
