Records Request

Any information that leaves the police department, must go through a public information request process. A Public Information Request form must be completed and emailed to pdrecords@celina-tx.gov, faxed, mailed, or hand-delivered to the Celina Police Department at 110 N. Colorado St. Celina, TX 75009.

Not all information is releasable under the Freedom of Information Act or Texas Open Records Act. If the information you are requesting is an exception under section 552 of the Government code, it may not be releasable.

FOR ACCIDENT/CRASH REPORTS

Use the Online Crash Report Purchasing System to search, request, and purchase certified copies of your Texas Police Officers Crash Report (CR-3). Reminder, accident/crash reports may not be available until 3-10 days after the accident occurred. The cost for an uncertified electronic copy of a Texas Police Officers crash report is $6 and $8 for a certified electronic copy.
