The Celina City Council will conduct the first of two public hearings on the proposed voluntary annexation of a tract of land within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Celina, Collin County, Texas and described as follows: being an approximately 10.346 acre tract of land in the M.L. Ousley, J.C. Floyd and the J.M. Floyd Survey, Abstract No. 1053, Collin County, Texas and generally located on Business 289 (N. Louisiana Street) approximately 740 feet north of CR 95. (Celina 10 Annexation)

All interested citizens and property owners of the City, as well as other persons of interest, are invited to attend the public hearing and participate in the same.  Also, any such interested persons may express his or her opinion concerning the proposed case by forwarding a letter addressed to the City of Celina, Attn. Director of Development Services, 142 N. Ohio, Celina, TX 75009.

Notice of Public Hearing

The Celina City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at 5:00 p.m., Celina City Council Chambers, 112 N. Colorado St., Celina, TX 75009 for the purpose of receiving public input regarding the proposed FY2018 Annual City Budget.   

This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $1,761,836.00 or 32.88% and of that amount, $909,973.00 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.
