Celina Water Deparment

The Water Department manages the maintenance and repair of the water production, transfer, and distribution facilities.

Drilling and Well Fees

Well drilling permit: $80.00

Reinspection fees: $160.00

Whenever any work for which a permit is required by this section has been commenced or completed without first obtaining a permit, a special investigation shall be made before a permit may be issued for such work. An investigative fee, in addition to the permit fee, shall be collected whether or not a permit is then subsequently issued. The investigation fee shall be double the amount of the permit fee required by this section. The payment of such investigative fee shall not exempt any person from compliance with all provisions of this section nor from any penalty prescribed by law.
