Utility Billing

The City of Celina provides water, sewer, drainage, trash and recycling services to Celina residents and businesses. Utility Billing is responsible for customer services related to these utilities. This includes initiating and terminating services and all billing and collection services. Customers are billed on a monthly basis.

City Council Meeting Changes

NOTICE

The May meeting has been moved to TUESDAY, May 14.

Starting in June, all council meetings from now on will be on the second Tuesday of every month.

RFQ for Architectural Services

The City of Celina is accepting proposals from qualified Professional Service firms for the purpose of entering into a consulting services agreement to provide Architectural Services for the development of plans and specifications for the remodeling and expansion of an existing building to house the City of Celina's Central Fire Station. Memorial Day

The Celina Area Heritage Association and the City of Celina would like to invite you to "Celebrate Freedom" on Memorial Day.

The event will take place Monday, May 27th, 2013 from 9:00am to 12:00pm on the Historic Downtown Square to honor the military service of the men & women of this nation.  The speaker at the event will be Purple Heart recipient Brian Fleming.

Also, be sure to stop by the Museum (211 W. Pecan) to see their military display.
