Fire Alarm systems
1 to 150 devices: $150.00.
Over 150 devices: $300.00.
Additional floors (over one): $50.00 each.
After-hours inspection: $50.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
A plan submittal by the owner is required prior to inspection. Fees include a plan review, a fire alarm wiring inspection, one final inspection and a permit. If a red tag is issued to the contractor during an inspection, there will be a reinspection fee of up to $250.00 for each reinspection.
Kitchen Hood Systems
$150.00 per hood system.

underground and aboveground storage tanks:
$250.00 per tank

Fire sprinkler SYStEMS
1 to 150 devices: $150.00.
- Exception 1: No permit required for the alteration of existing systems under 20 sprinkler heads.
- Exception 2: There will be a total charge of $75.00 for single-family dwellings under 3,000 square feet.
Over 150 devices: $300.00.

Foam used in systems: $50.00.
Fire pump(s) installed: $300.00.
For 20 or fewer devices a letter from the contractor detailing the scope of work is required. For over 20 devices plan submittal is required. Fees include plan review, a final inspection and a permit.

There shall be a fireworks inspection fee of $250.00 due at the time of application for a permit.

Access control and gate fee shall be $75.00 per system.
