Utility Billing

The City of Celina provides water, sewer, drainage, trash and recycling services to Celina residents and businesses. Utility Billing is responsible for customer services related to these utilities. This includes initiating and terminating services and all billing and collection services. Customers are billed on a monthly basis.

All taps greater than four inches will be priced at time of installation. If the need for a manhole at this location is deemed necessary, the charge for that installation will be figured and calculated due to the depth.
