To schedule Building Inspections for active projects, please call (877) 837-8775 (24-48 hour advance notice is required)
A C.O. is required for all buildings or structures that are occupied or used - whenever a tenant leases a new space, a commercial building is built, or a new home is built. New commercial and residential structures, remodels and additions.
Fence, Pools, Irrigation, Accessory Buildings, Concrete work. Stand alone HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical projects.
Required for developement within the designated flood plain. |
