City Secretary's Office

The City Secretary is responsible for the management of all public information, official records, elections and for official posting of public meetings.  Vicki Faulkner is the City Secretary for the City of Celina and can be reached at vfaulkner@celina-tx.gov or by phone at 972-382-2682.

Elections
The City Secretary serves as the Chief Election Official for the City of Celina.  City electioins shall be conducted in accordance with the Texas Election Code.  The regular city elections shall be held annually on the second Saturday in May.  Special elections shall be held on dates as required by the Texas Election Code.
 
The City of Celina operates as a Home Rule Municipality with a Council/Manager form of government.  The Mayor and six Council Members are elected at large.
