- Serves as an appeal body for individuals seeking variances to the Zoning Ordinance, or to a decision made by an administrative official enforcing the ordinance

- Meets the 2nd Thursday of every month in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 302 W. Walnut Street
- Considers approval or denial of appeals of the Building Inspector/Official with respect to repair, vacation or demolition of any building or structure or portion thereof and enforcement of Ordinance No. 2005-71. Considers approval or denial to appeals of Building Official’s interpretations of the Uniform Building Codes.

- The board meets on the first Monday of September, February and May at 5:30 p.m. If that day falls on a holiday, the scheduled day will default to the next Monday in the particular month
- The Celina Community Library Board strives to provide quality services to meet the informational and recreational reading needs of Celina. Trustees have the authority to develop and implement library policies that govern library services. Trustees are actively involvedin planning and goal setting for the library. They act as advocates of the local library and libraries globally.
