Celina continues to maintain Stage 1 Water Restrictions at the request of Upper Trinity Regional Water District. Under Stage 1, outdoor watering is limited to twice per week and is prohibited between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.. Voluntary water conservation is also encouraged. Celina is a member of Water IQ. Please visit: www.wateriq.org for water saving tips.
